The Lodge Voucher is valid for three (3) years from the date of issue and is non-refundable.
Bookings must be made directly with the Marramarra Lodge Reservations team on (+61) 435 891 111 or email stay@marramarralodge.com advising of the use of gift voucher. Redemption of a gift voucher is subject to availability at the time of booking.
The original gift voucher must be presented to Marramarra Lodge.
The gift voucher will not be extended past its validity date.
The gift voucher amount is not transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash and the full amount must be redeemed on a single occasion.
No credit or change can be given on unused amounts. Should the total spend be more than the value of the gift voucher, Marramarra Lodge will charge the credit card used upon check-in for the difference.
